10–20 doors

Install systems: rent ledger (Wave, QuickBooks, Stessa), light PM (RentRedi, TenantCloud, Baselane), eSign for leases, maintenance log, and a one-page move-in/move-out SOP your team follows every time.

20–40 doors

Automate rent collection, bank feeds into accounting, PM maintenance tickets, integrated screening · and keep IL deposit itemization honest (PM modules vary; many teams keep a dedicated deposit packet tool).
